Cap off our experience with a delightful aperitif. Choose between a glass of exquisite local red or white wine, perfectly paired with a selection of the region's renowned cold cuts. We'll relish the pasta in its purest form, sans sauce, to truly appreciate the craftsmanship of the dough.
